SPRING SCHOOL YEAR SCHEDULE

Adult workouts/drills for all levels. Drills are 1 1/2-hour workouts and are limited to the first 8 players who sign up. Players must be rated the level of the drill to participate. We reserve the right to move players to the correct drills. If you are unsure of your rating, please call the front desk before signing up, so we can help find the level that is best for you.

Sign up online or in the Pro Shop. $25.00 per drill | $30.00 for indoor | $20.00 for specialty drills. The drill will be pro-rated to 30 minutes if only one person signs up|pro-rated to 60 minutes for 2 players.

W 3.0 Workout                   Tuesday | 9 am & Monday | 7 pm (In)

W 3.5 Workout                   Thursday | 9am & Thursday | 7 pm

                  W 3.0-4.0 Workout              Saturday | 9:30 am

                  M 3.0-4.0 Workout              Wednesday | 7 pm (In) & Saturday | 9:30 am

                  Coed 2.5 Workout                Tuesday | 7 pm (In) & Saturday | 9:30 am

Racquet Selection Drill          Monday 10:30 am

W 2.5 Serve/Return Drill       Wednesday 10:30

Workouts are fast-paced drills with minimal instruction and an emphasis on an aerobic workout. Drills are more focused on instruction while giving players a good workout.
